If you haven’t secured a venue yet, we’ll focus on this together, ensuring it reflects your vision and sets the perfect backdrop and needs for your big day.

We’ll start with the key vendors and then move into the finer details. You’ll receive personalized presentations, tailored to your vision, from both our trusted network and ongoing research. Together, we’ll review and discuss each option to ensure the perfect fit for your big day.
Tastings
Indulge in a tasting session to curate your perfect wedding menu. We’ll arrange a personalized experience with your chosen caterer, allowing you to sample dishes that match your style and preferences. Additionally, we can organize further tastings—whether for your wedding cake, wine selection, or other culinary elements—ensuring every detail creates an unforgettable experience for you and your guests.
In-Depth Planning & Coordination

We’ll then present the Styling Deck to you, showcasing a range of options for colors, elements, and styles. This is your moment to finalize your vision, choose your favorite aspects, make the key decisions, and add the last personal touches. Once you’ve selected your preferred elements, we’ll shift to the final coordination phase, bringing every detail together to perfectly realize your dream wedding
Finalization & Coordination
This is the final phase where we tie up all loose ends. We’ll coordinate every last detail, confirm arrangements with all vendors, and create comprehensive handbooks with all the necessary information. My goal is to ensure that everything is perfectly organized and ready for your big day, leaving no detail overlooked.

On your big day, me and my team will be there from the beginning to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to plan. From overseeing setup and coordinating with vendors to handling any last-minute details, we’ll manage every aspect of the event to ensure a seamless and memorable celebration. Post-Wedding-Care
Even after your dream wedding has come to life, we stay connected to ensure a smooth wrap-up. I’ll assist with final payments, help you receive your photos and video footage, and even deliver any keepsakes or special items we’ve collected for you.
